I'm JP Schwartz, a dedicated specimen carp angler from South Africa who believes success on the bank is earned through patience, preparation, and perseverance. Fishing isn't just a hobby for me—it's a way of life that has shaped who I am.
I enjoy every part of the journey, from understanding watercraft and refining rigs to developing bait strategies and chasing the next challenge. Whether it's a quick social session or a competitive event, I give everything I have every time I cast out.
One of the things I'm most proud of is sharing my passion with my young son, teaching him the skills and values that fishing has taught me over the years. Seeing him grow alongside me on the bank is as rewarding as landing any trophy carp.
